About
Patuxent Youth Wrestling is located in Lusby, MD and practices at Patuxent High School. We believe that the sport of wrestling is the greatest sport available to youth today. We strive to teach younger wrestlers the sport of wrestling and prepare our older wrestlers for competition at the high school level. At the same time, we are trying to teach all of our wrestlers that the sport has great similarities to life itself. You, and only you, are individually responsible for your actions and if you work harder than everyone else, you will be rewarded. We strive to push our athletes mentally and physically beyond what they think they are capable of in order to give them confidence and the mental discipline to carry on when faced with adversity throughout their lives.
